Billing & Insurance

We participate with many local and national insurance plans. However insurance coverage is a contract between you and your insurance carrier. It is your responsibility to understand whether your insurance has limitations on; coverage, the doctors you can see, or the services you may receive. Be sure to call your carrier, prior to your visit, to verify your benefits and to determine if you need a referral from your primary care physician.

If you provide complete and accurate information about your insurance, we will submit claims to your insurance carrier and receive payments for services. Depending on your insurance coverage, you may be responsible for co-payments, co-insurance, or other deductible amounts.

Your health is our prime concern. If you do not have health insurance, please do not let financial problems keep you from getting the medical care you need. If you will frankly discuss your financial problems with us, we will work out a mutually acceptable payment plan.
